Hi, I’m Mark Weatherley, and I’m very happy to be joining the school community. I was born and worked in London before moving to Hungary in 2018. I taught music in London for 15 years and have continued teaching both music and English privately here in Hungary. Music is a real passion of mine, and I love sharing that enthusiasm with children and adults, whether they are just starting out or already at an advanced level. I also enjoy teaching English, from preschool and beginner A1 level right through to C2 and business English, including helping children prepare for exams.

For me, teaching is about getting to know each child and finding the way that helps them learn, grow and enjoy themselves. Every child is different, and I’m very aware of the importance of supporting children with neurodiverse needs, including ADHD and autism. I have a child on the autism spectrum myself, so I have a personal understanding of the different challenges and experiences that children and families can face. I’m a friendly and approachable person, and I’m really looking forward to getting to know the children, parents and the wider school community.
